Home delivery is becoming an absolute joke from this store. We recently had our delivery cancelled two weeks in a row and the amount of unavailable and substituted items is becoming ridiculous. Every week for as long as I can remember we haven't had less than 6 substitutions or unavailable items. Some of the substitutions are absolute nonsense. I've edited this and changed to 1 star. Not 2 hours after I wrote this the store rang me to say they can't deliver the order again. 3rd time in 4 or 5 weeks it's been cancelled.

I would like too thank the 2 members of staff who where so kind and helpful too me today 16th Oct.I felt very ill and couldn't queue for a checkout. I lovely lady who works in the store took my purchases too an equally lovely security man and they put my items through a checkout for me. Unfortunately I didn't get their names. But they know who they are and I sincerely hope they know how very grateful I am for their help and kindness x

If you want to refuel, and get you receipt as well you will have to spend 20 min waiting for someone to print it off , stupid. Every single time . Last time I refuel my car here . And never go to shop to expensive anyway . Only one benefit it is macdonals inside.

Don't use express delivery service, your order gets delivered by a 3rd party like umber. My wife is recovering from a heart attack and the delivery driver made her come down 14 lvl to pick up large and heavy shopping. We even paid more to get it delivered but he wouldn't deliver it to our front door and left it out side. Absolutely shocking.

Large Asda superstore located over two floors, there is plenty of parking including disabled spaces. The store has plenty of stock and choice of groceries and cosmetic products. The store also hosts a large section for clothing for men, woman and children, Which contains section for home decor and accessories. There is a McDonald’s located on the group floor.

Travelled to the store from Huddersfield to find a cocomelon toy for my grandson for Xmas. After trying to find it for a while a lady called Marion was kind enough to go out of her way to check the stock in the warehouse for me and found it! Her help and great customer service today was truly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Decided to go instore after having bad experiences with online shopping for several months, lack of choice, products not in stock, loads of unsuitable substitutes & snotty, threatening emails due to returning items that was either damaged or not suitable. By the way Asda I can do this legally under the long distance selling act!!!!! Well I was shocked, what a dump! The shop looks like it needs a good clean & sorting out. The shelves & the floors were a mess. Then when I went to go to the check outs, well thats a joke. 3 or 4 checkouts & the rest self serve??? What on earth is going on??? The only good bit of my shopping experience was that of the cashier. She was lovely, polite & very helpful. Just a shame she works here. Time to go to Tesco or Sainsburys I think
